Eligible Refunds

Refunds are issued for cancelled orders (before dispatch), verified defective products, or items lost in transit. Processed within 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped.
